Bank statement PDF to Excel, checked to the penny.
Upload a bank or credit card statement. Ledgerline pulls out every transaction, proves it all adds up to the statement's own balances, and gives you a clean file for Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Step 1
Upload the PDF
Any bank or credit card statement you downloaded from your bank. Up to 40 pages.
Step 2
Ledgerline checks it
It reads every transaction, then proves the opening balance plus every row equals the closing balance, to the cent.
Step 3
Download
Excel, CSV, or a file ready to import into QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Why Ledgerline
It proves the numbers
You see the arithmetic: opening balance, money in, money out, and the closing balance it should land on. Where the statement prints a running balance, every row is checked against it.
It points at the problem
If a statement doesn't add up, Ledgerline tells you, and shows you the row or section that's off. Fix that one row and the check runs again.
No people read your statements

Your data
Uploaded PDFs are stored privately, encrypted at rest, and deleted automatically 90 days after upload. The extracted transactions stay until you delete them. We keep only the last four digits of account and card numbers, and we never log statement text.
