The service

Ledgerline reads bank and credit card statement PDFs, checks that the totals tie out, and produces files for import into accounting software. You are responsible for reviewing the results before importing them. A Pass status means the arithmetic checks held; it is not an audit or a guarantee that every row is correct.

Your account

Each firm has one owner and may add one staff member. You must have the right to upload the statements you upload.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Page limits reset when each billing period is paid. Deleting a statement does not refund pages already counted. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
